    I've been clear for a year without enforcement on xbox and it still wont allow me to become an ambassador an I really want too so what do I do or can microsoft help with this, i contacted them but got nothing back

    I believe you have to wait a year after any action is taken against "said" account. Was it some time in the last year that your profile was corrected?

    Helping people is great and it's even better when you make them fully understand. Don't make it sound like it's an exam or some sort of educational essay. Nothing to be frustrated about :)

    I considered leaving because I was so frustrated being unable to help people, with some of the questions I was being asked about the new xbox. The truth is though I like helping people, which is the main reason people become ambassadors. Any other reason
    is the wrong reason
