Beautiful Katamari on Xbox 360 crashes constantly. What to do?

I started playing the game Beautiful Katamari on Xbox 360 and it keeps getting stuck on loading screens, usually right after completing a level (thus forcing me to replay the same levels over and over). When this happens, it shows that it's loading, but
it just keeps loading and doesn't go past that screen. The only way to get out of the loading screen is to exit out of the game and return to the dashboard. Within the three or four hours I've played it, it's already happened 9 or 10 times. This game is a
digital download. I have tried deleting the game and re-downloading it, but it still happens. I have not experienced this problem with other games.

Beautiful katamari IS an Xbox 360 exclusive. and its better than katamri forever.

Beautiful Katamari, Castlevania:HD, PBFX2, Dynasty Warriors.

 

I have that gake and it works perfect on my console...

 

Do you have the disc or the downloaded Games On Demand version?

Thanks for reaching out to us! Since your game is a digital download and it continues to not launch requiring you to quit the game altogether, even though you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game back to the console, you may want to check out

These suggestions did not solve my problem.

And I have another reason to believe that this problem is specific to Beautiful Katamari, not really a problem with my console. Whenever I try transferring the Beautiful Katamari game file from the hard drive onto an attached USB drive, it gives an error
message, saying "There was a problem performing that action." I think that means the Beautiful Katamari game file that we download from Xbox Games on Demand is corrupted. This error is specific only to Beautiful Katamari, because I have no problem transferring
other game files to the same USB drive. This happens even after deleting Beautiful Katamari and re-downloading it.

Thanks for replying to let us know that you tried the screen freeze solution but it was unsuccessful. Since this is something that is specific to Beautiful Katamari you may wish to reach out to

Bandai Namco(the developer) to see if they have any solutions.
