Beam background audio support

    Beam background audio support


    Is there a chance at Beam getting background audio support? The service has an audio only option for streams so it seems like it would a feature the app naturally supported. It would useful for some of the music streams (Monstercat) and as the service hopefully
    takes off web shows would be cool to have as background audio as well.

    Stream from Xbox One to Beam - No in-game audio, just video on Beam.

    I've attempted to broadcast from XB1 to Beam. Everything seems to look fine but there is no in-game audio on the Beam stream, just video. I do have audio and video on my TV.

    How do I remove Beam from my Xbox One?

    Beam is not an app that you can uninstall, it is built into the Xbox One to allow the best possible streaming experience. Beam should be streaming voice and audio, we're happy to provide support to help this get cleared up for you.

    Keep in mind, you still have the option to stream to Twitch if you choose to Beam background audio support :)

    In my only Video i could watch, the Voice changes between good and bad quality. sometimes with low noise and broken, sometimes good standard.

    Beam is thrash and unsuited for any of my streaming need, also was IMPOSED hypocritically disguised in the latest update... I DO NOT WANT BEAM ON MY PROPERTY... You made using Twitch harder to use and set by removing Snap! ... But Twitch will always be my
    number 1 choice, just for the freedom of choice it gives me, if I don't want Twitch, I can remove it... Beam is so bad, it has to be forced imposed to make sure users keep it. Now if you really want to go on keeping imposing Beam on us without our consent,
    nor choice. Well a collective effort is on it's way, gamers are not second grade citizen, and we bloody pay you well enough to get a MINIMUM consideration... (when a so many clients are against beam and you still stubbornly keep it, the company is the problem,
    not the clients)

    If you are so sure about Beam, put it to the test, A REAL test, allow us CLIENTS (as is PAYING CLIENTS, I don't recall you lending me MY console) to use it or not... but that takes integrity, and civvies don't know anything about that.
