    So you see when you’ve been subscribed to Xbox live for over a year you get a number at your profile? Yeah well they changed it from the 2 circles to some oily hexagon with a square inside of it an option to change it back to the 2 circles would be appreciated

    Thank you for your response. I contacted support through Chat and was given a phone number to call. When I call the number I am directed back to website, which doesn't help. I feel like I'm going in circles but I will continue to try. Hopefully, I'll be
    able to resolve this issue.

    I'm pretty much ready to just move back to pc and stop using xbox. I only communicate with one person and it seems i'm not allowed to do that even so what's the point?

    Yea I think that number is bogus, I've had an xbox and xbl account and the same account since the very first time Microsoft even though about making a console and mine only shows 5

    I think it's whenever you renew Xbox live, the number goes up by 1. The i is 8.
