    BC problems.


    My backwards compatibility isn't allowing me to install the disc version of Dark Souls to my Xbox one. It gives me one of two errors stating either "For some reason %2 took too long to start" or "Insert First Disc To Continue" and Its a single disc as well
    as the main game. Could someone please help? I would appreciate it.

    360 Pal games on an American xbox one?

    Once they become BC and any existing problems fixed you will have no problems.

    BC Connection problems

    I don't have any profiles downloaded on it, nothing is there and all saves, including profiles, are gone

    BC Connection problems

    Hey there baconboss47!

    Have you possibly tried a quick power cycle of your Xbox One since this started? Often this particular issue can be cleared up by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then reconnecting. Let us know if that helps.

    Remove the profile in the 360 guide, not the save files, you then re-start the game and it re-downloads the profile
