BC Connection problems

I cannot play my 360 games on xbox one because I cannot connect to the xbox live services while doing this so I can't download my profile to even play offline

BC games require a BC update. You have to get that either from Xbox.com or from your Live connection. And your transfer cable is not a storage device. If your console is reading it as such, then you have bigger problems that just BC ones...

Having said that, does the console actually recognize the old HD? What console do you have anyway?

Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

Possibly found a fix, delete your 360 profile from within the 360 guide under manage storage. Worked for me

 

I deleted all of the save files on the 360 part but I can't connect to the network to re-download my profile.

 

Remove the profile in the 360 guide, not the save files, you then re-start the game and it re-downloads the profile

 

I don't have any profiles downloaded on it, nothing is there and all saves, including profiles, are gone

 

Hey there baconboss47!

Have you possibly tried a quick power cycle of your Xbox One since this started? Often this particular issue can be cleared up by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then reconnecting. Let us know if that helps.
