Battlefront 2 online problem with connecting to EA servers

Thank god I am not the only one with this problem. I have been playing BF Bad Company 2 online for over a year now without a problem. But since a week or 2 I am unable to connect to EA online most of the time. And to be honest, I have this with ANY other
EA game I have tried lately. FIFA 11, NHL,... All worked fine until just a week or 2 ago. All same problem: can't connect to EA servers/EA Online... And so far, I have got no information if the servers are down or not.

I can play any other game that is not made or published by EA just fine. So the problem is not to be found here but at EA.

I'm having exactly the same problem, When you load the game it should automatically connect to ea servers but it fails, it says Ea servers are not available at this time, Im in the UK

I created another profile and it worked, but my lead profile still wont connect to the EA servers anyone help with that?

Still cant play nba jam online its having issues like many others about not connecting to games online.

However my problem is it wont connect to the servers on my main profile.

Thank you for reaching out. I see you can play any game with the exception of Battlefront 2 online. Since this is only affecting the online multiplayer for the game, I suggest you look into port forwarding your router. You can find specific ports for Battlefront
in the

As surprising as it sounds EA's Star Wars Battlefront 2, Red dead Redemption 2 (singleplayer is way better than the online in my opinion), and Gears of War 3.
