Battlefield V won’t load !

I have had battlefield v since last cheistmas now and i used to play the game frequently but then had a break off it. Im trying to load the game back up but when i do, a tab appears which says syncing game data and then immediatley after this another tab
appears stating that something had went weong with this error code; 0x838601e7. It gives me the option to try again or to use offline. When i woukd press either or, it would come uo with an extra tab stating that there is a problem with my saved games, it
then says “to play, youll need to delete and sync them again. To do this, go to settings > system > storage, then select clear local saved data games. Theyll be synced from xbox live the next time you play the game. Error code 0x80831002

ehat would happen if i proceeded this process ?

Hello Sam,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. When you clear local save games on the console, it only removes the save from the console. When you launch the game again it will get the save data from the cloud. This is why it is asking you to do this,
as the save on console has become corrupt. Here is a
FAQ on cloud saves.

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh. I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.I wish you a lovely day, and I hope this helps you out! Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand it can be confusing since Battlefield V will not load using the EA subscription. Since the order was canceled, it is conflicting with the trial.
I would
recommend trying to
remove
and re-add your account.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure
you know the primary email/password to the account before
removing it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;in middle column at the
top it will say "show on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag
and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

If that does not work, you may need to download it using another account in order to play.

Currently we don't have any known issues like this one. I am aware that EA does have a list

Battlefield V known issues and bugs. You're more than welcome to go over that list as well as on that list it allows you to contact EA support as well if you'd like to report any new bugs/ issues to them in regards to the game.

As well as they have an article to
