I can only agree with this colleague. That's every possibility.

First thing:

Try Settings. Select All settings. Select System and then select Storage. Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage. Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)

Systematically troubleshoot the issue (try one at a time until you get it fixed): reboot your xbox (hard reboot where you hold in the power on/off button for 10 seconds), try deleting the game cache, delete the installed game, reinstall it, etc.
