    Hi, I bought months ago as soon as possible Battlefield V Deluxe edition with xbox store and I paid via paypal to get the bonuses Early enlister.

    I downloaded the game and the deluxe editon without any problems . Until a few days ago the app store confirmed the purchase, but today trying to start the game my xbox opened a popup that warned that the payment had been rejected.

    Why did it happen? (I had to reacquire the game but I think I lost the advantages of the early enlister version.)

    anyone out there have the same problem as me in that battlefield V will not open? Any ideas what might be the problem?

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing for assistance. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Keep in mind that if you pay with credit or Paypal you are not charged until about 10 days before the release of the game. So even though you pre-ordered months ago, if there were not enough funds available just before the game is released, the purchase
    is cancelled.

    to see what happened with your payment method. Payments for pre-ordered games are taken within 10 days of the game's launch. Select "billing" as your issue, and if prompted to talk with a virtual agent, decline it. You should get the option
    to request a free call-back or speak online with a live Microsoft employee.

    There is a microsoft alert about instabilities in the xbox live network. This instability affects the redemption of codes,
    purchase of games, and download of games. Wait for a while until the network stabilizes.
