Battlefield problems!!!

Be careful with how you phrase things - it can lead to misunderstandings. =P

 

Recurring statement "When it works I absolutely love BF", well kids as of yesterday Battlefield MP works perfectly - no crashes - no lag - no joining issues. So if you were impatient and got refunded good for you, but I'll be enjoying the rest of this games
cycle now they've resolved the major issues

 

I sat through the BS of BC1... the horrible lag and OP of the M60 of BC2... the BS of USAS w/ Frags of BF3.... at least in those games... we were IN the games... but you are right.... for those who refunded....for issues... on a game... we all know was
rushed... on 5 platforms... with 2 being brand new... and 2 being pushed tot he max...and another where each and every unit is different from the next...when the game does work.. (and it will) it is a beautiful game...

 

temporary fixes and yet bugs and glitches are still there.

And you have waited a month for this? .... set the bar low much

Why would a company that has a history of creating game code, specifically netcode for online games, was the first to offer 32 on 32 multiplayer, more then a decade ago (DICE), contract out to a company that is alot less familiar and experienced in that
area. This smells like BS to me.

 

Has the single player issues been fixed, in regards to people losing game saves? Still have yet to play sp because of this.

 

I hope you are being sarcastic Yozoo.... not sure if you read that correctly.... he was referring to the ZOMBIES creating the next BF5....

and ... the way this will really work is...

BF4 ~ Titanfall ~ Battlefront ~ BF5 ~ Titanfall 2 ~ Battlefront 2.. in that order... so every 2 years....a new game per title and TBH.. I believe BC3 will be next in line anyways...

[/quote]Oh yeah sure... For the entirety of Christmas vacation, EA doesn't bother fixing the game so I couldn't play the game, but the very day I start going back to school full-time, you say they fix it!? I'm sorry, but that's a lose-lose situation for
me. I can't play it when I had time then & I can't play it when I don't have time now! Thanks a lot, EA...

 

Some context helps, DICE/EA were on vacation too when the servers were attacked so it's not that they "didn't bother", the last update (Pre-Christmas) fixed most of the issues, on Monday the servers were fixed - there was no title update as such - had the
attack not happened the Christmas story would be entirely different. I try not to take things personally, and allow developers time to fix problems, that said EA has hurt the battlefield franchise immeasurably by rushing the release and for not using the
superior M$ network .

 

What is quick match working now ?

 

Yeah ive been able to get into a conquest match or any kind of match from the quick match option in one shot!!...before it was just take all day to load and than would throw me in a game i didnt pick from the start...so far everything is working fine sometimes
i get some lag but nothing to crazy.
