Thank you very much for bringing this into the Xbox Forums. I'd like to inquire about bit more regarding this matter. I wanted to know if there were any other messages that you receive when you log into the games multiplayer portion. Also, I wasted to know
if you were experiencing this on any other game you try to connect. If you could please test your multiplayer connection by going into your Xbox

network settings and provided us with the details this produces.

Have you tried visiting the server status, or the forums for this particular title?

Please if you could provide any additional details it would help us identify what the source of this connection issue is.

EA is controlling them so you would want to reach out to them, chances are they are working on something at the moment and will have them back up and running!

The servers are ran by EA, so they may be having problems with it. You can check the status of their servers on their homepage https://help.ea.com/uk/battlefield/battlefield-1/

Because if not, it might be hard to consider Battlefield 3 the worst of them all. I can tell you flatout, Battlefield Heroes is the worst just because of how stupid it is.
