Battlefield Hardline Premium Free for EA Access members

I have been on your web chat twice with two unhelpful people. Your store had a 'Free with EA access; button on BF Hardline premium, and when I clicked it it led to the EA access app page on your store, and nothing happened. EA told me to come to you, you
told me to go to them, I went back to them and they told me to come back to you! I have received no help from your colleagues, and I sent a photograph of the store page showing the content as Free, but this apparently is not good enough proof and so I can
only presume you think I am lying.

I think the offer ended on September 1st, and you have left it up by accident and don't want to admit this. I have been told by both you and EA that the offer never existed, which is rubbish - see link: http://www.ea.com/eaaccess/battlefield.html and
even Battlefield 4 and Hardline Premium free on EA Access for a limited time - VG247 if that's not good enough. I want my free content that I
am owed as a paying subscriber to EA Access

DLC content transfer from xbox 360 to xbox one...

Unfortunately there is nothing no one can do

Your only option would be two thing buy the ea pass which gives you access to battlefield 4 and some of the dlcs

And no the upgrade offers are only theruthe publishers

Refunds are handled only thru support phone call or chat however upgrade offers don't apply to refunds

There is no current upgrade offer for bf 4 you can however buy the ea pass and get bf 4 premium for free with the dlc

Did you try accessing Battlefield Hardline from inside EA Access itself or only through the store? If you haven't, do try using the App to access the content directly.

Let us know how that goes.

I like the single player in hardline and think it's worth that. It is free with ea access though. But it's not a normal battlefield game in hardline you play through like a tv season as a crooked cop

To clarify, you are referring to this specific
Battlefield Hardline Premium Package, correct? If so, that is essentially the season pass that provides you access to the following content:

· All four expansion packs

· Four Super Features

· 12 Gold Battlepacks

· Exclusive customization items

· Access to other Premium-only perks

· VIP access in server queues
