Battlefield 5 xbox one multiplayer

So I downloaded and played a free trial of Bf5 a week or so ago. I liked it enough to go buy a hard copy of the game. The issue I'm having is that I cant play any multiplayer game modes. The game/console says my free trial is over and that I need to
buy the game. Which I did. Uninstalled the game once and downloaded it again with no changes.. I know I'm not the only person having this problem or has had this problem. I just can not find a solution. Any help would be great.

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to utilize the full version of Battlefield 5 on your Xbox One console.

Our suggestion here, please attempt following our how to troubleshoot problems playing a disc on your Xbox One support article to ensure
that the disc is being recognized as you have mentioned purchasing a hard copy of the game. After attempting this, if the error is continuously being experienced, we would then suggest attempt to try doing a soft
factory reset of the console, reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles and
stable internet connection.

Try this out for us and then let us know the results.

hey buddy! well my friend you can delete all the game even the save games as well will give a webpage they teach you to do it step by step!
