    Michel,

    Did you install the game to your Xbox 360 hard drive? If anything, turn off your console and unplug it. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, and plug it back in and turn your console on. Does that help any? If not, try deleting your Battlefield 4 install
    under the memory management section of your Xbox 360's settings menu, and then re-installing it.

    Remember that your Battlefield 4 game disc should also be loaded in your console.
