Battlefield 4 xbox one - I own the DLC content, but when I try to download/install it, it...

Hi all,

Looking for a bit of help here, tried Microsoft tech support and EA but no resolutions yet.

Essentially, I own DLC on Battlefield 4, it says over each thumbnail in game "Owned", but like the title says, when I try to install the dlc, the xbox store tries to get me to pay for it even though I own it. I've owned the DLC for a few years now but have
only tried to install it yesterday and this is when I noticed the problem.

• I spoke to EA support, and they recommended I reinstall the game, then clear the cache, and reset to see if it changes anything etc, but this didn't work. They then directed towards Xbox support. I went through the virtual channel and eventually got the
  option to get a call from someone at Microsoft.
• The person from Microsoft support said their was nothing wrong with my account and didn't understand why this wasn't working. He then explained he could not help and directed me back to EA.
• EA support then directed me back to Xbox support as they think it is to do with a glitch on the marketplace.

So now I'm here ha!

Any ideas? I feel like if I could speak to the right department in Xbox support, they would be able to address this pretty easily, but I have no idea where I should be looking.

Edit: I've tried looking in the 'manage game and add ons' section for an update, but nothing is there. I have also tried to download dlcs from both the marketplace and inside the Battlefront store, but it tries to charge me each time, even though I own
the DLCs.
