Battlefield 4 xbox live gold NEED HELP

A few days ago i purchased and installed battlefield 4 as it was around £12 on sale, with my connection the download of the game took over 3 hours and i was happy to say the least when i finally played it, i played the game for days and loved it so much
i bought premium, now that the xbox one sale games have changed, battlefield 4 now seems to remain in my library, but every time i open it it says 'Do you own this game or app?', i checked my hard drive and sure enough it was completely installed, however
after i have restarted the console and my internet connection the message keeps reappearing, preventing me from playing the game?

Is anyone else having the same problem or knows how to fix this? help would be very much appreciated.

Yes you need Xbox Live Gold membership to play Battlefield 4 multiplayer. Infact you need gold to play all games on multiplayer.

Battlefield 4 did not download properly when I purchased on Xbox live Gold at discounted price of $4-$5. Is there anyway I can rectify this problem? Shows up in my game hub, but when launching the game prompts to insert disc or obtain service from EA? Is
this an issue that Xbox support can assist with? Please help!

 

something i should add, when i go onto the xbox live store it asks me to purchase the game, even though i had already payed over £30 for the premium addition when it was on sale

 

i also found the receipt in my inbox for battlefield premium but not for battlefield 4, could that be the reason?

 

Try checking your purchase history at
http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows that you purchase 4. If you just purchased Premium, that is just the add-on so you would not have the game.

If the billing site shows a purchase for 4, but you still can't download it, you'll need to contact support.

ahh thank you, well it says i have never paid for battlefield 4 yet i played it a couple of days ago, i also have both battlefield 4 and premium downloaded on my xbox yet i still cant play it, is that normal?
