Battlefield 4 Promo for $5

Well I've been through multiple chat supports with both Battlefield and Xbox Support and still no resolution. I heard about the $5 promo for Battlefield 4 over this past weekend so I jumped at the chance to buy the game and play with friends that had bought
it as well. I told a ton of guys at work about it too. Well I downloaded and started playing on Monday and Tuesday and thought all was well until I went to play yesterday and got an error message stating I didn't own the game. What in the world?!?! All signs
pointed to I had possibly choose a free play option instead of buying which is super super frustrating and confusing as I never saw a free play option. I thought I was fully purchasing the game, not downloading a BS trial version. Looks like I'm not getting
to play a game that my friends and I were all set to enjoy. Oh well. I'm not giving anyone $30 for this game that has been out for 2 years and I had purchased at full price when it first debuted. Sorry to vent but I just wanted to see if anyone else was in
the same boat with me and as frustrated as I am right now.

Battlefield Promo pricing

Made a purchase of 2 licenses for 2 Microsoft accounts for Battlefield 4 only one was processed seems some technical issue on Microsoft processing. However , with the promo of free play and EA access didn't notice until after promo ended; and no longer
can access game that purchase wasn't complete. Since promotion price of 4.99 as ended is there a way to purchase at promo price, instead of 29.99 current price.

I had a similar experience, but I didn't try to play the game until tonight. I got online to play with friends and realized there was an issue. I have been on the support chat for well over two hours. I clearly intended to buy the game. I added funds to
my account and downloaded the additional map packs. I mentioned that I saw no option for the trial version and felt I had downloaded the $4.50 version under my deals with gold. I offered to pay for the game again at the promotional rate, but support isn't
able to provide that opportunity. They just sent me here. I'm hoping that someone from the promotions department contacts me. Please
