"hackers" ran one of those DDOS attacks on Origin servers, BF4 and the Battlelog app were affected.

Seems they moved on to Steam after.... the morons....

  2. Graphics Glitch - Fifa 14 & EA UFC Demo

I only own Fifa 14 and Battlefield 4, I have no problems with Battlefield 4. Don't understand why it's affecting Fifa and UFC if it's the GPU

Lost my save progress for SP on New years day : (

I've yet to suffer any crashes, but the lag has been atrocious the last couple of days. The only mode that seem's to run smoothly is Team Deathmatch, so I've stuck to playing that for the time being..

Very polite way of saying it, I'd like to post on here what I really think but I'll just go have a cuppa ;-)

  6. So that's what is going on. It feels like there is 1 server for each game-mode lol. I've had to sit in ques up to 50 people long just to get in a game!

  7.
Got the PS4 version and the first thing I noticed was how much quicker it installed and how prettier it looks than Xbone. Had it for PS4 for a week or so now and it plays brilliantly, the odd sound glitch at the start of some
    games but that's it.
Aww, thats cute. No sound glitches on the better platform I'm happy to report.

I think it's fair to say the game is still broken for many across all platforms. It's still constantly freezing and the forgettable singleplayer is completely broken on the PS4 for because it gets an error at the same spot all
the time. The netcode is beyond awful, deaths around corners 10x worse than any Call of Duty, instadeaths before the other guy even fired his weapon on your screen. One of the most broken games I've ever played.

  9. Why would I make it up? For me the Xbone version was unplayable not just with last gen 720p and jaggies galore but sound glitches, texture pop in, unable to join 90% of games or picking Conquest and getting Team Deathmatch for example.

    -

That was my experience even AFTER the "update" which fixed nothing. I didn't own the PS4 version until just before Christmas and since then it works a hell of a lot better than the Xbone version. Maybe I'm the only one to have a playable PS4 version, yeah
    that must be the reason....

"Battlefield 4" sucked for me until I stopped playing "Team Deathmatch" (thanks to the people here who set me straight on that one).

Now before the patch I could get games but sometimes I'd be a while trying to log onto a server and manually searching servers often showed "0" players online (even though they were there).

After the patch it's been perfect.

Full parties of 5 all chatting, joining conquest matches without any trouble at all, forming our own squad and having a blast.

When stuffs full sometimes hafl of us get in and the others are waiting in the queue, but at least we know we're all in and none of us have had to wait more than 2 minutes to get in.

It's a great experience on the ONE and if you're still having trouble there are enough people having a great experience that it might be time to start looking beyond "EA" and "MS" as being the source of the problem.

  11. ^^

The game has potential to be great on both systems but I think EA are the source of most problems. I'm guessing you are new to the series like me but once you understand it the game has lots of depth and is different every match on Conquest.

The only two games on Xbone that have lost my save files completely, forcing me to restart campaign or start from scratch have been developed or published by EA, Battlefield 4 and Fifa 14.

had a few dramas loading up last night. Kept getting stuck on the loading screen. (The one with the rain)

After a couple of tries, it ran perfectly. No lag, disconnects or dashboarding.

    Had a few cracking games!

You only have to check this one link below to know the "main" problem is with the game itself, DICE and EA.

    Forums - Battlelog / Battlefield 4

Need more convincing after that? ... Check Battlefields official Twitter ..

Not even convinced then? Read back a few pages in this thread, Battlefield boards on Xbox.com, the Playstation forums ... ( The list can go on and on here )

When it's running this game is a lot of fun but no-way on earth should it have been released when it was, a lot of the time it is a broken mess.
Both versions are equally buggy, judging by the comments across the boards

The problems on new years day were apparently down to a bunch of mincers launching a DDoS attack on the servers, so hopefully things are running better now
