Battlefield 4 Install Issues

I bought Battlefield 4 again today because i missed the fun times i had with friends and i needed something new to play. I put the game into the console, which was offline for a speedy install but it stops installing at 64% and it says "installation stopped"
and refuses to go any further and does the same thing online, I even followed the steps given by support agents on chats like clearing the persistent cache and resetting the alternate MAC address and all that noise. Please, does anyone have an idea on how
to solve this?

Battlefield 4 Premium Install Issues

I bought battlefield 4 Premium during the Cyber Monday sale through the Xbox website for $24.99. I watched the 8GB game install, and then never saw the game again. It's like the install never happened. So i thought I'd just go back to the website and reinstall
it from there. The webiste is asking me to repay for it though. How do i fix this?! I was feeling generous and bought the game for a friend of mine in this same manner, and his never showed up after the install either. My debit card shows both transactions,
no prob. My Xbox live account shows the games purchase. My buddy's Xbox live account, however, does not show the purchase.

Battlefield 4 Premium Install Issues

Premium is an add-on to Battlefield 4, not the full game. So it won't show as a game.

I am having the same problem except mine stops at 68%, someone please help us!

You should be able to go to the game and hit 'resume installation. If that doesn't work you could try hard resetting your xbox (Holding the power button until the console shuts down and unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds) and uninstalling and reinstalling
the game. Also make sure you have enough space on your hard drive for the game.

Ok perhaps the issue is because Battlefield 4 was already installed on the console before you downloaded it from EA Access. Try deleting Battlefield 4 and then redownload it from EA Access (not the disc) to see if that works for you.

Hey there Devious!

You will need to have a hard drive in order to be able to install Battlefield 4. The mandatory install cannot be installed to a USB drive or to the 4gb internal flash memory on an Xbox 360 console.

I had the same issue with Battlefield 4 yesterday. The only thing that worked for me was to reset the console to factory settings, and re-installing the game into the HDD. After I've done both in that order, I had no problems playing Battlefield 4.
