Battlefield 4 Erased Campaign Data: Information

Hey everyone!

Lately on the forums and ambassador program, I've noticed that a lot of people are having problems with losing their BF4 campaign data. So I'm here to provide a little insight on this. When Battlefield 4 released, the developers were deep in
problems. Many of those problems were corrected, however some are still happening such as losing campaign saves. At the moment, the appears to be no solution. Thanks to a fellow ambassador and a few chats with EA there seems to be a culprit. The instigator
appears to be multiplayer. When players leave the campaign and go into multiplayer the game appears to reset. So for anyone having those problems, I suggest you take a break from the multiplayer. If this doesn't solve it, take a break from the game like myself.
After a week of being off it, I was able to go through the whole thing. If nothing works then you'll have to try to power through the glitch and hope you can finish the battle. I hope I was able to provide some relief to the BF4 players out there having this
problem!

Games randomly crash and return to dashboard

The system also comtinues to erase saved data. This isnthe 4th time its erased my battlefield campaign .

I've lost my save data third or twice (or even more) and finally I could find a way that works.

I'm not sure if all these things are necessary. I didn't try turning off my xbox in power saving mode and quitting the game.

I tried playing in Multiplayer mode and I didn't lose my save data.

You might have known this but I think it can help.

1- Never go offline when you're playing campaign.

2- Exit the game (I mean going to menus by exit) when you reach a checkpoint. (If you think you ain't gonna reach the next check point)

3- Never skip when it's Syncing with EA.

4- Keep your Xbox in instant-on mode and don't quit the game.

It's probably the safest way if you don't want to risk losing your progress.

well I did most of the things you guys have suggested and part of my campaign has still deleted. Oh I have the achievements but I'm starting back at the beginning of the 3rd mission. Not good. I hadn't played online since launch and just started playing
the campaign on 6/30/14.
