    Battlefield 4 DLC content not working


    Hi everyone

    I’m having problems with my dlc content on Battlefield 4. I can’t access any of the maps which are DLC when I go onto server search, however when it takes me to the option to download the dlc content it says I already own it. Now I uninstalled them completely and tried to install them again but for some reason they won’t install. It’s just very bizarre that it keeps saying that I already own them. Would appreciate some help. Thanks

    How are you?

    Follow this step and try again, please.

    Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your email and password.***

    Try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try to install them again!
