    Battlefield 4 backwards compatability


    I have always loved the battlefield series. recently i have found intrest in bf4 again. Sadly, i do not own the copy on xbone. I have premium and all weapon unlocks on the 360, and i was wishing microsoft would add battlefield 4 to the backwards compatibility
    thing. If not, is there a way to get the game for free if you already bought it on a previous console? respond ASAP

    One thing that I really hope Microsoft has realized is that if they do give the Xbox One backwards compatability they will crush the Play Station 4.

    Battlefield 4 backwards compatability

    There was an upgrade offer when the game was first released, but that offer has ended. You would have to purchase it for the One if you want to play it on the One. Since the game is available on both consoles, it's highly unlikely to become backwards compatible.

    Games that are available on both consoles usually never are added to bc

    With the exception of Ms published titles it would canabalized their next gen sales

    However you can buy ea pass and get bf4 and all dlc for free for as long as you have an paid ea pass

    Only backwards compatible games as far as I know

    You would need to be playing a backwards compatible 360 version of a game on the xbox one in order to play with friends who are on a 360.

    As Battlefield 4 is available on the xbox one I wouldn't think the 360 version would be made backwards compatible.

    And to add to the above posting, Battlefield 4 will likely never be backwards compatible seeing as EA and DICE released a version of the game for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
