Battlefield 3 single player disc

Battlefield 3's single player disc doesn't work since it's backwards compatible now but the multiplayer disc works just fine. I ran the disc in my 360 and it still works so you guys forgot to add the second disc for backwards compatibility. It gives me a
message saying disc is not playable here check the backwards compatibility list. I checked with xbox Support and that's what they told me too. They also were going to give me the digital version instead but you can't even buy battlefield 3 on the marketplace
anymore. ****?

Disc 1 is Multiplayer, co-op levels, and Hd install

Disc 2 is Single Player

Disc 1 = First half of single player campaign + multiplayer

Disc 2 = Second half of single player campaign

 

i have same problem. however had to unintall and reinstall MP disc to get MP to work. I want to play campaign again

 

so u cant download it off the store you have to have the disk? lol i only have the sp disk cant find the multi and of course game stop is gonna **** us from a 5 dollar game to 20 in one day

 

Seems to be an EA thing. I have the same problem with Dead Space Ignition. The m$ store wants me to buy it for the one even though I own and play it on my 360. Again, yet another m$ instance of NOT verifying proper operating procedure BEFORE releasing something.
And another reason for keeping my 6 360's operational.

 

i dont think we are going to be able to get the game digitaly since we couldnt on the 360 it seems strange they havent changed that

 

I am also dealing with the same dilemma as the single player disc for Battlefield 3 will not install on my Xbox One. I had to speak to a customer representative from Microsoft to figure out the issue and we went through the basic troubleshooting, but that
did not resolve the issue as to why it will not install. It only promps with the following: this game isn't playable here for a list of Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One, go to xbox.com/BackCompat. (0x8082000c).

The multiplayer disc will not read on the Xbox One at all as I've come to notice. That eventually gives you a message saying: Check your disk your disc might be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it, or choose a different disk. (0x80820003 - 0x75).

 

i too also wanted to play the single player again muliplayer installed great no problem why couldnt they do both
