Battlefield 3 Premium code download not working

Hi,

today I tried to download BF3 Premium content with a code that I had purchased from store. It's the one that comes with the game. It is Xbox360 game but I play it with XboxOne S.

I entered the code inside the game in the store where you press "Y" to redeem a code. Everything went smoothly but it didn't load it or install it and now I don't have the contents from that code and it is unredeemable in XboxOne marketplace.

What to do folks? Thanks in advance

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

If you can see any of the game add-ons that you have acquired for a particular game by

managing your game and apps.

In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select
Manage game & add-ons.

Some add-ons are accessed in the game rather than installed separately. Any installable add-ons or DLC not yet installed will appear under
Ready to install.

Here’s where to check for add-ons inside the games they go with.

On the game’s title screen, look for something similar to “My content.”
You might need to open a message in a game to get your add-ons. Check for “My Messages” or a related area.
Some add-ons are found only while playing the game itself. This can be true for items such as V-Bucks or clothing. In Sea of Thieves, for example, you need to start a quest, board your ship, and either visit the in-game store or open inventory chests.
Accessing add-ons might require you to progress to the right point in a game. Destiny 2: Forsaken uses game levels to gate the use of certain expansion packs. In Forza Horizon 3, you need to drive to a specific location to start using the Hot Wheels expansion
pack.

Additionally, I would have you check your
Order history to verify that the pre-paid code you redeemed is correctly applied to your account.

Hi! go to your games and apps, highlight the game and select manage game and see if the content is there and ready to install.

If you have Premium you can download all DLC's for free from the Premium section in the Store sub-menu on the Battlefield 3 main menu (lol, on the, on the, on the).

no. if you go to your download history you should be able to find the battlefield 3 Premium download, select it then 'Download again' hope this hels.

I think china rising is only currently available to battlefield premium members.

My free download code hasnt worked for it yet either.

The whole game keeps crashing to the home screen for me at the minute
