Battlefield 2042 doesn’t let me load into games on my specific wifi

I just downloaded battlefield 2042 and every time I try loading into a game the screen goes black then I’m back in the lobby. This happens every time I’m on my wifi but when I play on my iPhone hotspot it works just fine. I’ve tried changing my dns settings and nothing works what can I do. You don’t understand how frustrating this is i payed for this and it doenst even work properly.

I have tired a power reset and wifi reset and changed my dns settings. I’ve tried everything. This is the only game that doesn’t work on my wifi which makes me think it’s an issue with the game itself since I can play all my other games online completely fine. If I even wanna play battlefield 2042 the only time I load into game’s successfully is if I’m using my iPhones hotspot.

That's what I am about to ask if ever the steps didn't work if other games work just fine or not. We just need to try every possible option.
