BattleField 1 was billed even though it was free with Games for Gold

Hi,

I downloaded BattleField 1 as it was free with games for Gold in November. I am a gold subscriber. However, an amount of € 39,99 was billed to my creditcard anyway. I've been trying to get this refunded, but there is no way to ask for a refund and xbox support
on Twitter is completely unresponsive.

In conclusion, I would like to keep the game and get the amoutn charged reimbursed.

Hey I " Purchased Mirrors Edge for free" since i am a gold member.

But i got billed with 149,- NOK even though its free.. Please Help.

Hi, I'm trying to download BL2 from "games with gold", but even though it is free and I have a billing account, it keeps asking me for a billing account. When I try to set it through the console, it only accepts billing addresses in the US. but I'm from

In order to get a refund, you would have to fill out a refund request form. However, if you are issued a refund, you would lose your license

It seems like the page does not receive updates since Battlefield: Bad Company 2, that was the game for free with gold in October 1, 2014.

I've done all of that and even on commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub with the Billing overview, it says:

Xbox Live Gold

Expires 5/5/2015

With my card information on the side, so I dunno =/... Fun note is I made yet again another account, did everything and got the 1 month free just fine... Just don't know why the previous account i did everything on didn't work even though it SAYS gold under
subscriptions and billing info.

Does the one month membership from a card count for the Games for Gold programme? I don't see the games as free even though I just loaded 1 month membership and there is no "trial" word in my membershipments on Xbox and on PC, but I have other gold functionalities
and a gold ribbon.

No, same location as always-my Xbox one- it's just kinda strange in my opinion that even after constant attempts I can't 'buy' the free gold game for the Xbox 1. This is accompanied by the fact that the Xbox is trying to sell me gold (even though I can
play multiplayer)
