    Battlefield 1 unable to use Premium Pass benefits


    In 2018 I've got free Premium pass but i uninstalled the game few months ago and now i installed it again and now i can't use premium benefits and actually i get that Premium Pass logo under Battlefield 1, when i go to store and search for Battlefield 1
    Premium pass it asks me to buy it like i never got Premium pass.

    I tried to contacted the EA and they told me that only Microsoft can help me with missing or problem with DLC.

    To make sure we're getting you the right information, can you clarify a bit further what you mean by "Premium"? Are you referring to the

    Battlefield 1 Premium Pass    ?

    Im guessing it has not been updated on the store yet. It is still a little early on the west coast which is the time Microsoft operates at. I would guess it should be up around 6pm which would be 10am PST but it could be at any time today

    I've checked the battlefield website and it should already be free also when I load up my game it's giving me option to buy it for free but because it's still £39.99 in Xbox store it won't go through hopefully it will be sorted Soon thanks for the quick
