    Battlefield 1 Ultimate Edition DLC Codes


    Over a week ago I filed an initial complaint with Amazon who then suggested that I contact Microsoft about the issue. I was told via live chat that a code would be forthcoming but if no code was received to post in the forum here. I've not yet received said
    code and contacted live again. I was again directed to post in the forum but to contact EA as well since they are the manufacturers of the game. EA support states they are unable to process these codes as they do not have access to account/purchase information
    and that I should contact Microsoft since they do have access to account information and/or Amazon for a refund. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done on my end to expedite the reception of these codes or if there is some other way to rectify
    the issue. Thank you.

    OP, to answer one of your questions --- and I'm not a CoD fanboy, and I had never played a Battlefield game up until 2 weeks ago! Shooters had grown stale for me. I picked up the Ultimate Edition on sale (amazon) for like 35 bucks. I'm freaking loving
    this game. What comes w/ the Ultimate Edition -- dlc Onslaught Mode, some weapons that were available to the Limited Edition of the game, & Battlefield 1943. Also -- all new copies (ultimate edition & regular) comes with the VIP pass. EA's way to ensure
    more new game sales, its a download code that gives you access to a sh**-ton of additional maps.

    Do you mean Battlefield Bad Company 2? If so then it needs a pass but you should be able to find the ultimate edition cheapish these days which has DLC and BF1943

    When did the VIP code give you the metric sh**-ton of maps? From what I've seen and played it only gives you four.

    at the end of august 2011 the codes for the Ultimate Edition or as you say 'untimate edtion' will expire... I think that EA and Dice might release another Edition that has everything including the Vietnam, it's only logical to help keep a new group of players
    in Bad Company 2, with Battlefield 2 modern combat shutting down, the bad company 1 players might move to BC2 and BC2 over to Battlefield 3 in November, it depends on what game you like the best.
