Battlefield 1 Beta Rewards Offer Did Not Work

I purchased Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition through a friends email sent through Xbox Rewards on September 8th but i did not receive the 8000 rewards points i was owed nor did my friend Sundaze420 who was also supposed to get 8000 rewards points. When
i check my email or look at my Microsoft purchase statement it says purchased on the 9th. Basically it was the 8th for me but you guys are running that offer on a further ahead timezone but it still allowed me to use my friends link in the email to purchase
battlefield on the night of the 8th after i got home from work. I feel misled in my purchase as i was not made aware through the rewards email leading me to purchase page that the offer was over, all it says is this.

I have been a loyal xbox consumer and xbox rewards member for years and have given thousands in hard earned cash to Microsoft over the years. I feel i deserve what is owed by this offer since i was led to believe by your programs email i and my friend Sundaze420 would
receive it. It's the least you guys can do if you expect me to keep giving my hard earned money.[/td]

Didn't receive points for my Battlefield 1 Xbox 1 S

I did not receive my 50k rewards points for purchasing Battlefield 1 special edition Xbox 1 S.

Never received Credit to "Xbox Live Rewards" account for Battlefield 1 pre-order back in October '16

Pre-ordered Battlefield 1 on 10/18/2016. There was a pre-order rewards offer. Decided to purchase thru Xbox 1 instead of Microsoft store that happened to offer a $10 credit. Never received "Xbox live rewards" account credit.

Mortal Kombat XL is not a part of the Rewards Story offer. Your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not correctly applied to chapter two of that offer, and we will adjust that purchase for you. You should see the change shortly. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was
not within the offer period and therefore did not qualify for this offer. For A Rewards Story, you must complete each portion of the offer in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Since you have not completed each chapter, you are not yet
eligible for Rewards. There were no specific offers for Suicide Squad. It is a part of chapter two for A Rewards Story, but your purchase of Titanfall 2 will complete that chapter.

At the time of your purchase, there was no offer that a digital pre-order of Battlefield would have qualified for. The only offer that would have awarded 15,000 Credits for a single purchase would have been the "Pre-order the hottest games" offer, but that
only Rewards physical (disc) purchases off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was made digitally, it did not qualify for that offer.
