i was trying to pick it up for the 4.50 but it says i own it for having ea access and being on the beta dash board when i try to get it from the site it tells me 26.99 with ea access

I bought a xbox 360 slim when I bought this it had just a memory unit instead of a hard drive I also bought battlefield 4 and the only way to play it is download it on to my hard drive that I dont have what do I do

Sorry to hear about the network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
• NAT Type

Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

• Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
  
• After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
  
• Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.

Battlefield 4 is no longer on sale since the new Deals of the Week started today. Since it is in the Vault, you can play it for free as long as you have EA Access. Otherwise, you'd have to pay the $26.99.

 

i was told to post here being in the beta dash board made it so i could not buy it and on the website all of last week i was seeing it for 4.50 but when i go to buy it it would says ea access 26.99

 

Unfortunately once a sale ends it's not possible to get that price again unless it goes on sale again.

Phone and chat support do send people here a lot for the same reason, but they don't actually handle promotions or understand how the forums work. Forum support does not have the ability to give a promotional price after the promotion has ended.
