    Hey there...

    I have a question...as an article just popped up showing it's not only me anymore.

    I've got suspended a while ago for uploading gameclips from Baldur's Gate 3.

    I'm usually on xbox but couldn't wait for release, so was playing on steam but loading up videos via game bar to download from my xbox app. Didn't think anything about it. Got a month suspension for 3 videos (not even for nudity though I believe, but Astarion's ascension, so maybe too much blood? Don't even know).

    Now that the game officially released on xbox it seems other players have that same issue, people get banned now for sharing their screenshots and clips from this popular game.

    I too have switched from shared pc to my xbox now cause otherwise won't be able to play much next year, but it's kinda annoying knowing I'll not be able to get my screenshots from the game without risking another ban, as I have no idea how sensitive the rules are - my settings aren't even public afaik, only friends see the screenshots anyway, I would even change it to completely private if there is such an option, as I just wamt the pictures and videos for myself, but I don't know what is safe now and what will cause bans?

    This hasn't been thought through properly imo, as we should be able to share the games we love and not be scared to upload something from a popular game, not knowing if it's nudity, blood or whatever else that triggers a ban.

    Could you please clarify what we are allowed to upload now? Is there a privacy setting we can switch on that will prevent future issues?

    My screenshots/clips so far were only visible to friends, so not for everyone. If I would change my setting so my screenshots/gameclips are visible only for me, would that still violate the community standards? Or is it allowed to upload to One Drive instead? Basically I just want access to my own game screenshots/clips, but afaik I need to upload them *somewhere* in the first place to be able to download them on my phone in the end. With other games it has never been an issue, so I didn't have to think about ir look into it, and I can't find a clear answer anywhere if I'm allowed to upload if it's not shared with anyone specifically on the xbox network.

    BALDUR'S GATE 3!!! PLEASE PINCH ME TO PROVE IT'S REAL!!!

    Not only is baldurs gate 3 coming out but a double pack of baldurs gate enhanced and baldurs gate 2 dark alliance enhanced. I am looking forward to playing thrm all over again
