    I got banned, and it was suppose to end on the 29 at 7:44 and it's been a few hours. I'm still banned, can anyone help me figure out how to get my ban lifted.

    Hi Airsmallz123, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly validate if the suspension is still active via https://enforcement.xbox.com. If it's still active, you may need to wait for the suspension to be over. If it's completed from there simply sign to your account restart your device then sign back in.

    You must have sent explicit message and one of your friends reported you. That will be it surely.

    In the terms of service it stats that you cannot use explicit or offensive language. There is nothing you can do about this and must wait out the ban time for party and text chat. It should only be a 24 hour ban.
