Bonjour,

Je vous contactes pour mon premier compte qui a été suspendu il y'a quelques années.

J'ai contacter le support Xbox qui m'a expliquer une démarche prendre, mais malheureusement il est écris que je ne suis pas éligible, car j'ai sûrement exécuté la manœuvre dans le passer, sans savoir se que je faisait.

Est-il possible de revoir la possibilité de lever la suspension ? Car mon compte et les jeux que j'ai acheter dessus me manque. j'ai fait des erreurs, mon bannissement est justifié mais je regrette mes erreurs et des années ont passer, je n'ai jamais été
banni une seule fois sur mon nouveaux compte.

J'espère que vous pourrais reconsidérer mon bannissement, merci d'avance.

Unfortunately, if it has been over a year there is no way to revisit it. The case is closed.

If it's a permanent ban there is nothing you can do. You can't even re sell the console to someone else.

Yeah,they wont ban your console just because you asked them to.

Why not just sell your console or if you want to keep it just don't connect to live.
