Bonsoir jai un sousi depui un moment je suis banni de mon compte xbox sans ne savoir pourquoi si c’est temporaire jaimerais savoir combien de temps car sa fait depuis lomgtemp que jatend pour pouvoir jouer sur mon compte alors jatend de vouz une reponse
a ma question pourquoi je suis banni alors que je n’ai rien fait ? Merci.

The best bet would be to log into the Enforcement website and check out the large orange hammer icon as this will have
all the enforcement actions taken towards the account.

Hi Mathieu,

Sorry for the issue you are having with a suspension. If the ban is longer than a day you can log into the
Enforcement siteand fill out a case review. Unfortunately, no one here on the forums, support agents, or chat agents can do anything
about suspensions. Only Enforcement can change, modify or get rid of a ban.

Enforcement websiteto
resolve this. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. Side
note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement
does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code of Conductonly.)

Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread,
