    hello my main gamertag is . I was con ban on this account not to long ago. I let it be . But now i have a ban that doesn't allow me to play anything and this must be a mistake or something. Some how the ban spread across 3 of my other accounts.
    How is this possible. Why am i ban in the first place. I believe your ban system need to change. I believe you can’t just ban people and not tell them what exactly they did wrong. Because i know I haven’t do anything wrong since last time i was ban. Now same
    issue came up that seem hard to believe. Some of those day I barely played or had confrontation with someone. Plus if one of my accounts did something wrong why punish all other account. On my console i have gameshare accounts. I haven’t confirmed if there
    account are ban as well. But doesn’t that defeat ur code of conduct. Banning all accounts for something 1 account did? So I leave with the questions why am i ban 2 why are all my accounts ban 3 is this gonna be a every month thing where i will have to do
    this 4 if there no problems on my side and was not my fault i think deserve some sort of consolation and gifted with something for this error

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    Banned players have limited access to the game based on the terms of their ban. Bans for hacking or using a modified console blocks access to all online features of the game. These types of bans are always permanent.

    Currently there is no appeal process for bans. To keep your online gameplay privileges in good standing, it’s best to immediately cease any unsociable behavior and wait out the ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
