    .My son who is only 12 years old got a xboxone x for Christmas. and it has now been banned. I understand that there were issues leading up to this but I really don't know all of the details. However, it appears that he has learned from the experience. other
    words my son has learned his lesson. I paid 500.00 for that machine that only lasted about ten weeks. He tells me that it happened when he allowed someone else to lead him to the Xbox. since he's been using the old Xbox one without any problems. I'm asking
    that his Xboxone x be reinstated. thank you. Craig Palmer

    I am currently having the same issue. I purchased an Xbox One X and it has had off and on issues like this for the past month or so. To fix I am having to factory reset my xbox. This is the third time I will have done this in the past two months.
