Banned xbox account but cannot see any any active suspensions in history

My account was banned in 2011 and now when I sign into the enforcement history to view the suspension it's blank. According to the enforcement history, I have no active suspensions or enforcement history. Yet I'm signed into my banned account.

I've wanted to attempt to appeal it, as it's been quite a long ban now for what it was banned for.

Any help?

Oh I see. Sorry to hear about that, Shaun. Since it was permanent, I am afraid that you can no longer appeal for that. Before they changed the enforcement website, it was always there on their website that we can only appeal once and the suspension should be active and it's within 12 months period.

What type of ban or suspension was that? Was it permanent or temporary? Since the enforcement action you're looking for happened years ago, it may no longer be eligible for case review.

It was a permanent suspension, for something trivial.

Rostum it's because it prepare rhw website it was moderated forums section of forums.xbox.com then people would comment on the posts in moderated forums on regular forums

Now.it's all private

Once it has been longer than 12 months, you cannot submit an appeal. There is nothing that can be done with enforcement actions from 2011.
