    I logged on to my old account just to see that I was banned without reason, I have no active or previous suspensions, and 0 strikes.

    I have no clue why my account is banned, I haven't used it for a while. yes I'm logged into the right account. Also now its saying "Sorry, we can't get notifications right now. Try again later."

    I have a permanently suspension on my account really don’t know why the enforcement don’t show me how long or what I did to get permanently suspended so what do I do

    You can get permanently banned without any previous suspensions if you do something bad enough or it could take multiple infractions.

    You can still get a permanent ban without having any previous suspensions, but those are usually only for something bad like modding or something like that.

    No. There's a glitch with the notification for suspensions that is telling everyone they're permanently suspended even though they're not.

    Although technically if you did something super bad you can be permanently banned without any previous bans.
