Banned with perfect record and "good" reputation? Blizzard says its an xbox ban (LS-403)?

Whenever I load Overwatch I get the error message screen that says my account is banned or suspended (LS-403). I cannot even access the game or menu. Blizzard support is no help and keep telling me to contact xbox live as they cannot see why console
members are banned. Because Sony players also seem to get this LS-403 message I think its really a Blizzard ban but the support rep won't look into it for me.

According to the xbox support rep. my account is in good standing with a "perfect record" (I've been on xbox live for almost 10 years). I never use bad language, don't leave games early, etc. so this must be a mistake but nobody can tell me why. I did
not get an email or any message from Blizzard explaining this.

Xbox banned. However, never received notice of enforcement and record is shown as clean.

There is no ban shown and my record is perfect however my Xbox is acting as if it were banned and not allowing me to join parties

 

Cant play online in nba 2k17!!

Also i checked the enforcement site and it says i have a perfect record so it is not a communication ban

 

Rep has nothing to do with suspensions. You can be completely in the green and still receive a permanent ban for something. If it's a a suspension from Xbox, it would be listed on the enforcement site. If it's not listed on the enforcement site, then it
is a Blizzard ban and you would have to continue working with them.

 

Thanks. That makes sense. Not sure why the Blizzard support rep. keeps saying they have no way to see why I am banned or suspended. I will try again.

 

Doing some research online and checking reddit and the blizzard forums it seems as though the LS-403 code is an in game suspension. Sorry but Xbox cannot help with in game suspensions. You will have to try to keep dealing with the developers or Blizzard
for more help.
