Banned with no report on the history page.

I was recently suspended on xbox for a message that contained a mispelled letter and no curse words. I was typing very fast bc this user and I were having conversation. He was harrasing me on gta using the phone message system and I decided to tell him to stop via xbox messaging and was typing fast because I usually am accustom to typing things out. I blocked him after i sent the message and the next thing I know I'm perma banned? I do not have a message or report on the enforement history. I do not know what I was banned for and do not believe what i deserved was permanent. Is this a glitch? How long will I know I have been suspended if not perma?

Hundreds are reporting permanent suspension for nothing.

This glitch is slowly engulfing everyone.

Microsoft has not released any info on this issue and is keeping its customers in the dark.

I have been waiting 5 days now and nothing. Microsoft has not responded to any of my enquiries.( Facebook, Twitter, instragram) No call backs either.

They say only this "enforcement team" can handle this issue but there is NO WAY to contact them. The only people willing to say anything are these mods and all they say " they are working on it".

There is a glitch that is showing everyone they are permanently banned when they actually are just temporarily suspended. The enforcement site is having an issue not showing current suspensions so it is not possible to submit a case review or get information about the suspension. You can try contacting support to find out how long your suspension actually is, but they will not be able to give any further information. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

You need to sign in with your used Microsoft account on your xbox profile

A report does nothing unless you have broken a rule and gotten banned. Reports are checked by a real person so you did break some rule to be banned. History can not be cleared it is a mark that will stay on your account.

The report system needs to be reviewed. That someone can just report you for nothing then YOU get banned for being the good guy, man, it's skewed. 13yrs on live, 1st report I've ever had, insta banned for 8 days due to me calling the guy out for racist and derogatory remarks. It isn't fair, and they really need to sort this out. They don't seem to look at history at all and no doubt the guy who reported me has a history of doing it. Yeah, xbox live, need this sorted. Peace.
