Banned with no reason given.

Hello,

I’d like to know why my Xbox live account was banned for 27 hours. No reason was given when I look up my enforcement history. I’ve been banned two times prior to this, and was given reasons both times which were swear words over chat to someone I just played against. Those two times were my fault and I know what I did wrong and was told what I did wrong.

This third time however there’s no reason. I looked at my chat history, no swear words. Just some friendly trash talk in which the other players engaged as well, no swear words or personal insults. Other chats involved compliments that the player played well. I’m at a loss for what I did, I’d really just like to know so I don’t do whatever it was a second time.

Right but there’s no info. There’s no drop down box to see the reason like there is with my previous two enforcement cases. Who do I contact, the enforcement site says support can not help.

If you have the option to submit a case review, they sometimes will give a more specific reason with their response to that. Otherwise, the enforcement team doesn't always post a specific reason for a suspension. There is no other point of contact.

Unfortunately the enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and the only information given would be found on the enforcement site.

No-one here can offer anything as Enforcement are the only ones that know what the reason was, what message it was etc. If there's a little icon of a Handshake next to it then you can appeal and maybe ask for more information
