Banned while not playing

Hello!

My account has been banned on Dec. 17th at 00:50 but I wasn't playing at that time. How can this could happened? How can I get back my account?

Hello I was banned while it was not me who played

A person in my family plays on the same account as me and has banished (communication) my account

I would like to be able to be debanni being that it is not me that is the fault

I put a passwords on my consol to no longer that this person connect

In the hope of an answer thank you

That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspensions.

The enforcement action very rarely occurs at the same time as the offence as the team need to investigate the complaint made and this can take some time. You should be able to review the enforcement action on the
Xbox Enforcement web site and if eligible also request a case review from here as well.
