Banned When My Troll Manager Reports Me

I got banned just a couple of hours ago after my manager who I decided to add as a friend and share my name with when I appeared. He's a giant reefer and loves to do things to just push people's buttons. We talk to each other in absolute foul language all
of the time. I tried going through the lousy Case Review from my phone and managed to get three fails on it. It's impossible to reach the Xbox Live Enforcement Team, no emails or phone numbers. Just a big fat message explaining the ban. I have proof which
I cannot send their way because other the lack of emails to prove it is my manager and a person I personally know. It's just wonderful knowing that they didn't notice I shared my name when adding this person. I hope one of the Enforcement team reads this.
They really need a lot of work on their end it seems like. Just invested in an Xbox One X and just having second thoughts about this investment.

Gamerpic ban

my gamer pic was reported and banned when it was perfectly fine. The report said that the date the report was issued was January 1, 1970 and the date that it will be done was the exact same date. So I'm being hacked or the enforcement team are a bunch of
trolls. Thanks Microsoft

 

I don't understand how my account was banned. Wasn't even playing yesterday.

I'm also on a competitive cod team and really need to communicate with my teammates. I'm assistant manager and tryout manager of my team so kinda need this stupid stuff to top happening cause little immature kids report for everything and get people like
me banned. so dumb

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you failed the case review, you can retake it after 24 hours, but profanity is a violation of the code of conduct you agreed to. It doesn't matter how the situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates
the code of conduct, you can be punished.
