Banned + W10 accounts

Discus and support Banned + W10 accounts in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; You have made it pretty obvious you are not going to do another gamertag reset.     Banned + W10 accounts


    You have made it pretty obvious you are not going to do another gamertag reset. Nor any reset requests, so this is my opinion/idea;

    Why not “delete” all perm banned accounts & free up there gamertags? Or maybe make the windows 10 usernames etc not part of xbox gamertag system?

    I have been hunting for the one gamertag (and I have checked most days, everyday for the last 3/4 years, so I know for a fact it’s got to be atleast 4 years old)

    I am very, very sad that I cannot obtain this username, when it literally takes seconds for you to make it available.

    I’ve been a loyal customer for around 12 years now, I still don’t feel like I’ve been rewarded for not only thousands of pounds but countless weeks, months and years worth of hours into this.

    I hope that someone reads this who can truly help, thank you.

    What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

    that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

    for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    Xbox Support does not have any ability to make changes to anyone's account.

    And the gamertag that you want might be on an account that's still active, just not used for Xbox Live anymore.

    If you have purchased the game with your profile, then just use the one to access your PC and download the game with the Store in W10. Alternatively you should create the account on W10 that made the purchase and login with the one to play the game.

    Both children are already set up with Xbox separate child accounts and part of MS family accounts for Xbox and W10 PC with restrictions. The issue is they overcome the router limits.
