Banned the wrong guy

for some reason I was banned on the 20th of January and I just talk to Xbox live support and they said I am paying for a week from chat communications and social networks I don’t understand what the reason is for this is ridiculous I’ve had my account with
you guys ever since 2008 and never had this issue but when some piece of crap gamer wants to harass me but I fight back by killing him and then he disrespects my mother openly through text and then I say something in her defense and now I’m banned from ever
chatting with any of my friends. This is ridiculous Microsoft they should be fixed and looked into I don’t have the time or patience to be sitting here contacting you because some punk wants to bend me because he can’t handle the kitchen because it’s too hot
for him

ik i called 2ce thinking theyll help all i want is my acc back. they cnt unban it u guys ddnt even ban me they think no one can ban ppl but them there wrong there is

Hey guys...You know that this is an independent xbox forum, right? If you got banned on xbox, chances are you were doing something wrong. If not, give them a call- 1-800-4my-xbox
