Banned really

so I'm playing ark and some little kid gets in our base and tries to drag my tribemate out I catch him and lock him up. Then his mom sends a chat invite and she says that he is crying and can we please let him go so we do then after he leaves I notice he
built a door all around our base stopping us from building so I send a message and all it says is why did you build a stuff around around our base knowing it stops us from building and 2 days later I'm comm banned. So my question is how did I violate the terms
I have read them and nothing I did violates them and the last time I sent a message before that was over 2 months ago. So please explain how I violated the terms or is this whole investigation a bunch of lies

Good Evening.

I played this evening some rounds Rainbow 6 Siege. In the last round One man used a Glitch to win this Game. I sent him a text where i called him a "**** Noob". I have a ban for the next 2 weeks.

I get a ban and wath will get the man who glitched? Nothing? I Thing my ban is wrong too because he glitched. Ok, i couldn't tell him a "**** Noob" next time when i get a ban for this.

Please Check if the ban is correct....
