Banned Permanently for Cheating When I Never Have

Hi, I was just wondering why I was banned for “cheating” and the specific offense of cheating it was for. I was able to log on this morning and play games perfectly fine, and I was suddenly signed out and given emails saying I have recieved enforcement.
Although I was surprised, I remembered a situation just a few days prior in which someone was booting another teammate offline and I was accused for the matter. I had no contact with the booter or the victim beforehand as it was a Destiny 2 lfg to play a couple
games in Trials of Osiris. I kicked the booter but couldnt find his gamertag to report because he used L’s and I’s in place of each other. The victim was angry and claimed he would have me banned regardless of what evidence i gave to him that I was not a booter.
I have submitted an appeal and im praying that my case is overturned because I did not do anything wrong. Here are my case notes-

I know that I did not knowingly and actively participate in any kind of network manipulation and/or attempting to acquire any modifications. Two days ago I made a Looking for Group post for Destiny 2. Two people joined and one of them was saying he
hit the other one offline because he didn’t like the game plan that we were coming up with. I immediately kicked him from the party, but couldn’t get his gamer tag to report him after the matter. The man who was hit offline accused me of DDoSing him, and I
told him it was the other person in the party and I had nothing to do with it. He said he would get me banned and so I blocked him to prevent any further communication since he didn’t want to believe me. Just yesterday while I playing Rainbow Six Siege, my
friend and I encountered a player who was mad that I accidentally team killed him in the game. He invited me to a party and read out loud my internet service provider. I immediately left the party and then reported him for DDoSing.
