Banned over gamerpic and can't file an appeal

Discus and support Banned over gamerpic and can't file an appeal in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Today I was banned over a Gamerpic that I have no idea what was wrong with it (see picture below) and whenever I go to the enforcement page it doesn't...     Banned over gamerpic and can't file an appeal


    Today I was banned over a Gamerpic that I have no idea what was wrong with it (see picture below) and whenever I go to the enforcement page it doesn't let me file an appeal. What else can I do about this?

    The only link to see the status of the ban and file a possible appeal is the following:

    Please note that Support cannot assist in cases of banned accounts (Ban/Suspension) nor can an appeal of a temporary ban be filed.

    I would also like to mention that this is a public forum for user to user support. We are users who help other users. We don't work for Microsoft and we don't have access to any user accounts, so there's nothing we can do or check from the forum.

    You cannot purchase gamerpics from the store..

    thanks i guess.. there is no detailed information about it.. like i said and can't even appeal

    it makes no sense and now i have a ban on my account for no apparent reason.

    it's in no shape or form offensive lol.. yet people get away with the craziest things as their pictures.

    hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.. poor support all around
