    I've been banned on Xbox for my gamer picture being inappropriate even though it wasn't even close. But I'm being banned for communication even though it says I'm banned for profile picture

    So I was banned 3 days for my background picture I used in my club. It was a screenshot from a Xbox game and it was fine. I was suspended anyway because THEIR ARE NO APPEALS ON A 3 DAY SUSPENSION... so I'm gonna say your stuck with it. They also did the thing where I got a communication ban because of it. Is it unfair? Of course it is, but you will find no one really cares unless it effects them. Good luck! I should add that I've been on Xbox 16 years and got my 1st suspension over a screenshot from an Xbox game. I've been on Xbox long enough to know what's acceptable.

    Communication ban

    I do not know how the banning system works on Xbox, I have a friend who received a 3-week punishment without communication and at the end of the period (in which he did not juice) he received a new two-week ban without any reason.
